How to Request Data Deletion

We respect your right to request the deletion of your personal data from our services. To submit a data deletion request, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an Email Request

    Send an email to hr@parametricos.com with the following information:

    • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your account
    • Your Instagram/Facebook username (if applicable)
    • A brief statement requesting data deletion
  2. Verification

    We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data. We may request additional information if needed.

  3. Confirmation

    Once your request is received and verified, we will send you a confirmation email within 2 business days.

  4. Processing

    We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days of verification.

  5. Completion Notice

    You will receive a final confirmation email once your data has been completely deleted from our systems.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon request, we will delete:

  • Your account information
  • Stored social media content (images and videos)
  • Usage data and analytics
  • Social media connection information
  • Any other personal information associated with your account

Important Notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • If you're using our services through a team or organization account, please note that your organization may retain separate copies of your data.
  • We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as audit logs or legal compliance records.
  • Cached versions of your content may remain available until the cache expires.
